The CPH Staff Advisory Council invites faculty and staff to join us our first Wednesday Wellness Walk of the academic year this Wed. Sept. 14 at 3:30 p.m. at Lake Herrick/UGA Rec Sports Intramural Fields to walk the Oconee Forest Park Trails. Our meet up location will be in front of the IM Parking Deck on Alumni Drive (Check out this map.). If you are interested in taking part in group transportation, let us know.

Changes are afoot… Our CPH Wellness Walk program is getting a reboot this Fall with the goal of adding more flexibility and fun.  We will continue to hold one regularly, scheduled CPH Wellness Walk (location to rotate) on  the 2^nd  Wednesday of each month at 3:30 pm​. However, starting in late September, we plan to roll out a new walking incentive program (scavenger hunt anyone?) that will encourage our CPH community add some physical activity to their day.
