Britany Helton, a Doctor of Public Health candidate in the Department of Health Policy and Management, will defend her doctoral dissertation on Friday, June 27th, at 10am. Helton’s dissertation is titled Perceptions and Behaviors of Illicit Drug Users: An Examination of Treatment Barriers, Perceived Access, and Syringe Services Using a National Representative Survey, 2015-2023.
