Speaker Bio: Megan Beaudry is a 3rd year Ph.D. Candidate in Environmental Health Science and is working under the advisement of Dr. Travis Glenn. Megan received her Bachelor’s of Science from Keene State College in 2016 and continued with her Master of Science from the University of Alberta in 2018. Megan is using next generation sequencing techniques to study a variety of microbial problems, in particular antimicrobial resistance in clinical settings, whole genome sequencing of Cryptosporidium spp., and water quality.
