Join us Tuesday, October 4, 2022 at 3:00 PM EST for a very special event co-organized by the journal Health Equity and the Health Disparities Research Working Group at the UGA College of Public Health. Keynote speakers Krystal Ka’ai, Executive Director of the White House Initiative on Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians, and Pacific Islanders, and Dr. Monica McLemore, Interim Director of the University of Washington’s Center for Antiracism in Nursing and Editor-in-Chief of Health Equity, will be joined by a panel of leading national experts on AAPI health. Panelists include: Dr. Grace Ma, Director and Professor at Temple University’s Center for Asian Health, and Dr. Xinzhi Zhang, Chief of the NIH Health Inequities and Global Health Branch. The event will be moderated by Dr. Adam Chen, associate professor of health policy & management at the UGA College of Public Health.
