Standard Hourly Rate

We are committed to providing high-quality statistical consulting services with transparent pricing. Below is our hourly rate structure, divided into internal rates for UGA-affiliated clients and external rates for non-UGA clients.

Note: Internal rates apply to UGA-funded projects, while external rates apply to non-UGA academic, government, and commercial clients.

Grant-Related Services

Grant/Proposal Preparation Services: Provided free of charge if B3C faculty are listed as co-investigators or co-primary investigators on the grant proposal.

Project-based Services: Billed according to the hourly rates above. We collaborate with researchers on study design, data analysis and manuscript preparation.

Billing Policy

We collaborate closely with our clients to provide detailed budget estimates based on the expected time, personnel, and resources required for each project. If the scope of work changes during the project, we will promptly revise the budget and seek approval before proceeding. Internal clients from UGA will receive invoices charged directly to the appropriate UGA account, while external clients are required to make payment within 30 days of receiving the invoice. For large or complex projects, we offer the option to negotiate flat rates. We strive to accommodate budgetary constraints and can develop tailored solutions to meet the financial needs of each client.
