One key component of the Institute of Gerontology’s mission is to support and promote healthy aging. Working with our community members and partners on research projects is one way we can accomplish this goal.
Whether you are looking to contribute to scientific breakthroughs or simply want to stay informed about the latest in lifespan health and aging, we want to make sure you’re the first to know when new opportunities arise.

Our research team is dedicated to studying healthy aging across the lifespan. While the CARE Center focuses specifically on Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias, the Institute of Gerontology explores aging from every angle-including nutrition, sensory health, technology solutions, and health communication.
