Who We Are
The IMPACT (Interprofessional Management of Programs and Collaborative Trainings) Health Team is an interprofessional research and training group founded by Dr. Lesley Clack and Dr. Brittani Harmon in the UGA College of Public Health Department of Health Policy and Management.
What Do We Do
The IMPACT Health Team conducts research related to management of programs in healthcare disciplines. Research and training are related to the areas of health administration, health informatics, project management, and workforce development in healthcare. This work is supported by interprofessional collaborations and partnerships with local, state, regional, and national agencies.

Evaluation of the Georgia Tobacco Use and Prevention Program
This project is supported through a contract with the Georgia Department of Public Health to conduct a program evaluation of the Georgia Tobacco Use and Prevention Program. Activities include conducting surveys and focus groups with stakeholders throughout the state.
Website development for the Georgia Geriatric Workforce Enhancement Program
This project is supported through a contract with Emory University and the Georgia Division of Aging Services under a Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) grant. Activities include creation, development and maintenance of a statewide website for implementation of a provider referral portal for referring older adults to prevention programs throughout the state.
Wellness Services for the Northeast Georgia Area Agency on Aging
This project is supported through a contract with the Northeast Georgia Regional Commission funded by the Georgia Division of Aging Services. Activities include facilitation of Evidence-based programs at senior centers in 12 counties in Northeast Georgia.
