Diane S. Baird
Administrative Manager and Human Resource Liaison
Mrs. Baird’s primary duties are to coordinate administrative matters and special projects that flow through the Dean’s Office in the College of Public Health.
She works on confidential and/or administrative matters; maintains appointment schedules; prepares reports; schedules meetings with directors and faculty; coordinates special events and responds to requests for information. She interacts with other University administrators, faculty, and staff on a frequent basis.
She is responsible for processing paperwork for Graduate Faculty appointments/reappointments; assists with promotion and tenure activities for the College; may provide assistance with faculty searches and development of position descriptions. She maintains equipment inventory and serves as telephone representative for CPH units housed in Rhodes Hall.
