As Director of Finance & Administration for the College of Public Health, Tina serves as the chief fiscal and administrative officer for the College of Public Health. Responsibilities include management of its total state, private, and external budget, as well as the many administrative functions of budget, accounting, payroll, procurement and human resources. This includes the development and ongoing maintenance of the annual budget in the College of Public Health as well as serving as liaison between the College and university level budgetary entities. She serves as financial consultant to the Dean, Associate Deans, and Assistant Dean in the College of Public Health. She also serves as consultant to academic department heads and institute directors on financial matters involving the College, working closely with department office managers to develop financial processes between departments and the College.
