Amelia Foley

Undergraduate Ambassador, Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health (BSEH)

My name is Amelia Foley and I am a third year student from Hiram, GA. I’m majoring in Environmental Health Science and am also working on a minor in Biology and a Sustainability Certificate. I love that EHS combines public health and environmental science, and I came to UGA specifically for this major! I’ve enjoyed doing water quality research as an undergrad and plan to focus on that in the future. I plan on pursuing a M.S. Environmental Health through the Double Dawg program and after college, I hope to do research at a government agency like EPA, CDC, or NIH, and possibly return to school for a PhD. I’m always happy to talk about the College of Public Health or my academic/career path!
