Annabelle Sheley is a Master of Health Administration student at the University of Georgia’s College of Public Health. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Biochemical Engineering from UGA in 2025, along with a certificate in Disability Studies.

Her academic and professional experiences have shaped her interest in healthcare administration and improving the quality, accessibility, and inclusivity of healthcare and community-based services for individuals with disabilities. Following her undergraduate studies, Annabelle worked as a Personal Care Assistant and Operations and Human Resources Assistant, where she gained firsthand experience and gained a deeper understanding of how healthcare operations and organizational decisions can directly affect the people and communities an organization serves.

Through the MHA program, Annabelle hopes to develop the leadership, policy, and operational skills needed to create meaningful improvements within healthcare and community-based organizations.
