Anne Marie Dye

Undergraduate Ambassador

Undergraduate Ambassador, Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health (BSEH)

My name is Anne Marie Dye, and I am a fourth-year student from Gainesville, GA. I am majoring in Environmental Health with the Advanced Science and Pre-Med Track and have a minor in Microbiology. I was initially drawn to the field of Environmental Health because it is an interdisciplinary field that would allow me to study both environmental science and human health. As a Pre-Med student, my public health classes challenge me to consider how things like our indoor and outdoor environments, climate change, and health inequities affect human health and disease from a local to a global scale. In the future, I plan on attending medical school as well as obtaining a master’s degree in public health with a concentration in epidemiology. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me if you have any questions about the College of Public Health, academics, or career paths!
