Feiyang Li, MPH, is a doctoral student pursuing a Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) degree at the University of Georgia College of Public Health with a concentration on health and policy management. Feiyang’s journey has been a combination of academic learning and practical experience. Before coming to UGA, Feiyang worked in the health sector in China, managing primary hospitals and studying how social determinants affect health, particularly in addressing health disparities. This work and her experience working in the Chinese healthcare system sparked her interest in how health policy and healthcare information technology can better serve people.
