His professional interests center on healthcare operations, strategy, process improvement, and organizational performance. Through experience in healthcare administration, insurance, and leadership roles, Jared has developed skills in operational decision-making, risk management, team leadership, and process improvement. He is interested in helping healthcare organizations improve efficiency, strengthen patient access, and create better experiences for both patients and staff.
