Lily Rubin

Undergraduate Ambassador, Master of Public Health (MPH), Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion (BSHP)

My name is Lily Rubin and I am a fourth year pre-med student from Roswell, GA. I earned by Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion with a Behavioral Medicine emphasis in 2020 and now I am working towards my Master’s of Public Health in Epidemiology. I originally started as a Biology major at UGA but switched to the College of Public Health after my first semester because I wanted to learn tangible skills applicable to healthcare in addition to the hard sciences. I was immediately welcomed by friendly advisors, faculty, and students and knew that I made the right decision! Outside of the CPH, I have also been involved with infectious disease research at UGA and Georgia Tech; volunteer with Campus Kitchen, Mercy Health Center, and the ACCA; and interned with Emory’s Pediatric Infectious Disease Department.
