Shaker Awad is a second-year Master of Health Administration student at the University of Georgia with a nursing background from Kennesaw State University. Rotating through different units as a nursing student sparked an interest in how healthcare system function and how strong leadership can create a accountable culture driving high quality outcomes. He hopes to blend clinical and administrative knowledge together to strengthen healthcare organizations and support both staff and patients.
