Tnaiasyah Evans

Tnaiasyah Evans is a second-year Master of Health Administration student at the University of Georgia and a magna cum laude graduate of Spelman College with a B.S. in Health Science and a minor in Management and Organization. She has gained hands-on experience in healthcare operations and strategy through internships at ApolloMD, where she worked on AI scribe adoption analysis and credentialing compliance, and through the ACHE Student Executive Program, a competitive summer enrichment program pairing graduate students with healthcare executives. Her background also includes operations shadowing at Medlink Georgia, patient experience work at Emory University Hospital Midtown, and research in oncology drug discovery at IDEAYA Biosciences. Her interests include hospital operations, patient access, and healthcare strategy, with a focus on advancing equity and efficiency in care delivery. Tnaiasyah’s career goal is to serve as a healthcare executive leading initiatives that improve access, streamline operations, and strengthen community health outcomes.
