Doctor of Public Health (DrPH)

Britany Helton is a Doctor of Public Health Student in the Department of Health Policy and Management.

Britany works full-time with Alpha Omega as a Public Health Analyst with the CDC’s Division of HIV Prevention, focusing on research synthesis and translation. Before Alpha Omega, she was an ORISE fellow for 5 years for the CDC’s Division of High-Consequence Pathogens and Pathologies as an Epidemiologist. Britany has over 10 years of experience in public health and applied research. Her current research interests are injection drug use, syringe service programs, and HIV prevention.
