Zane is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics, working with Andreas Handel. His main research interests are secondary data analysis and modeling, focused on influenza epidemiology and immunology. Specifically, he is interested in factors that influence individual response to the seasonal influenza vaccine. His other interests include the R programming language and statistics pedagogy.
