Dr. Lambert’s research focuses on assessing the prevalence and scope of unmet health needs among marginalized communities, especially in the South where social and economic inequalities are greatest, and testing the efficacy of eHealth interventions to increase linkages to evidence-based care. She is particularly interested in the use of digital technologies to improve epidemiologic surveys and studies and to improve the accessibility and quality of public health services. Dr. Lambert has expertise in online recruitment strategies, mobile application development, designing custom cloud-based data management systems, SMS and telemedicine-based interventions, geospatial locators, and data visualization.
