I am a tenured Associate Professor in the Department of Health Policy and Management the College of Public Health at University of Georgia (UGA). I am a population health scientist and implementation researcher working at the intersection of digital health innovation, health economics, and behavioral health. Grounded in clinical training alongside advanced degrees in Health Economics, Population Sciences, and Health Services Policy and Management, my research leverages emerging technologies, including telehealth, clinical informatics, wearable sensors, and trustworthy AI/ML, to transform care for HIV, STIs, substance use, and mental health conditions. As an NIH-funded Principal Investigator, I utilize pragmatic trials, real-world evidence, and economic evaluation to design, scale, and sustain equity-driven, human-centered digital health interventions across diverse care settings.
