Master of Public Health (MPH)

Sloane Sengson, CHES®, is an MPH candidate concentrated in Disaster Management. She is also currently in the process of receiving a Global Health Certificate, a Social Determinants of Health Certificate, and Graduate Teaching Certificate. She previously received her B.S. in Health Promotion and Behavior from the University of Georgia. Sloane is currently a research assistant in the Institute for Disaster Management utilizing the photovoice method towards various disciplines and engaging in additional research that supports her interests. Sloane has also served as a graduate teaching assistant for the Undergraduate Disaster Management Minor Program. Sloane is an experienced public health student with leadership experience, interpersonal skills, and a desire to advocate for all. She is eager to impact her community through public health work and research.
